Product Innovation for In-Store Operations

Created a custom breading recipe tailored specifically for Walmart stores with deep fryers, enhancing consistency, safety, and speed of preparation for deli teams.

Category Leadership Recognition

Due to strategic collaboration and outstanding performance, George’s was promoted to Category Captain for Deli Prepared Foods—a prestigious role that includes advising Walmart on product assortment, merchandising, and innovation.

Retail Partnership & Customization

Served as a trusted cross-functional partner, working closely with Walmart’s merchandising and operations teams to adapt, optimize, and deliver custom solutions across multiple poultry and deli categories.

Antibiotic-Free Product Innovation

Led R&D and go-to-market strategy for the reformulation of Walmart’s rotisserie chicken using all-natural, antibiotic-free ingredients, driving alignment with consumer health trends and Walmart’s clean-label commitments.

Powering Transparency

Recognizing the growing importance of transparency, sustainability, and social responsibility in today’s business landscape, I led the development and publication of the company’s first-ever comprehensive Corporate Responsibility Report.
